Despite his MEGA-busy schedule this December, our Chairman & CEO, Bansan C. Choa made time to join a distinguished panel of judges for the CHINOYPRENEUR CHALLENGE 2012, where the final round was held at the St. Stephen’s High School auditorium on December 15, 2012.Panel of judges included Josiah Go (Chairman of Mansmith and Fielders), Dr. James Dy(Chairman of Chinese General Hospital), George Go (Chairman of Canyon Woods), Johanna Rupisan (Regional Operations Manager of SM Cares), Ramon Lopez(Executive Director of Go Negosyo), and Samie Lim (Founder and Chairman Emeritus of the Philippine Franchise Association).
Chinoypreneur Challenge is a weekly TV business reality show produced by NET25 that started last November. Finalists included teams from the University of the Philippines, Chiang Kai Shek College, Ateneo De Manila University, and AFICS (Association of Filipino Chinese Students) who presented their respective business plans during the final round. UP won and became the 1st Chinoypreneur Challenge winner with their donut business concept: The Sweet Potato.
