110th Philippine Independence Day in Taiwan
Manila Economic and Cultural Office (MECO) in partnership with various Filipino Community and Religious Organizations in Taiwan celebrated the 110th Philippine Independence Day and 11th Filipino Migrants Workers Day last June 15 at Taipei Daan Park. Theme was Global Filipinos, Shaping the World. Highlights of the day include sports competition, commemorative program and cultural presentation. Likewise, a special Kabayan concert was rendered by entertainment personalities (Rachelle Ann Go and Pretty Trizsa) from Manila.
