I-Remit Chairman, Mr. Bansan Choa, further explained that this partnership will primarily enable OFWs to be a part of the Pag-IBIG Overseas Program (POP) which is specifically a voluntary savings scheme open to all Filipino overseas contract workers, immigrants, permanent residents and seafarers. “Now through the POP, Pag-IBIG offers Filipinos abroad a convenient way of saving for their future and an opportunity to build their homes through an affordable loan program designed specially for them,” Mr. Choa said.
Now, Overseas Filipino Workers all over the world will have the convenience of paying their Pag-IBIG fees and send their money in just one location.
